Program Rules

• 1. Making Referrals.
  You can refer an unlimited number of people by entering their names and email addresses on the web form provided on the site. You may only refer people who you know on a personal basis, and may not refer yourself, a non-existent person, or any person who you may have reason to believe may take objection to being asked to participate in MyPoints. MyPoints does not condone the practice of sending unsolicited email, so please use your best judgment when deciding who to refer.
  
  If you'd like to refer someone, but are unsure if it would be appropriate to do so, please first ask the person if he or she would be interested in joining MyPoints. MyPoints reserves the right not to send any given referral an invitation email if the referral has opted out of receiving emails from MyPoints, if the referral is currently or was previously a MyPoints member, if MyPoints believes that you may be using the Program in a fraudulent manner, or for any other reason as determined in MyPoints sole discretion.
  Using your referral link to send traffic to MyPoints from paid search ads, domain redirects, contextual tiles, pop unders, link injections, or other direct traffic link manipulations is expressly prohibited.
• 2. Earning Points for Referral.
  MyPoints may from time-to-time give you the opportunity to earn Points for successfully referring people to join MyPoints. The specific terms of any such offer, such as the number of Points that may be earned for each referral, any limitation as to the maximum number of Points that may be earned through the offer, and any expiration date for such offer, shall be disclosed on the MyPoints site and/or MyPoints email containing the offer. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, Points are earned only if and when the referral has, within 30 days of the referral date, clicked on the invitation email and completed the MyPoints registration form with valid information. Once all applicable requirements have been met, it may take up to 30 days for your Points to post to your account. Please keep in mind that your referral may not receive the invitation email for many reasons, such as the referral's email address already being associated with an existing MyPoints account, the invitation email not being sent by MyPoints because the referral has unsubscribed from receiving commercial email from MyPoints, or the email getting blocked by filters at the referral's Internet access provider or in the referral's email program. In order to get credit for the referral, the referral must register with MyPoints by clicking through the invitation email. If the referral registers with MyPoints through any other means, you will not get credit for that referral.
• 3. Earning Points from Your Network.
  In addition to any opportunities for earning Points for successful referrals as described above, you can earn Points based on your referrals' activity on the MyPoints site. Specifically, you can earn 10% of all Eligible Points earned by everyone in your network every month. Eligible Points are defined as Points earned through any purchase activity excluding those purchases attributed to MyGiftCardsPlus or MyPoints Games. You have the ability to view the general activity of your network of referrals on the MyPoints site. You will need to log in to the MyPoints site in order to access this portion of the site. Once you access this portion of the site, you will be able to see all of the referrals in your network, as well as the total number of Points they earned in the prior month and their cumulative Points.
• 4. Miscellaneous.
  MyPoints reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any referral you have made is fraudulent and whether you have met the requirements to earn Points as described above. MyPoints may, in its sole discretion, discontinue or alter any aspect of the Program and/or update or change these rules at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. Visit these rules periodically for updates or changes. MyPoints may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason. If MyPoints determines, in its sole discretion, that your actions violate or are otherwise inconsistent with these rules, MyPoints reserves the right to terminate your MyPoints membership, resulting in a forfeiture of your Point balance.

Offer Terms

• Earn 750 Points if your referral joins and makes a qualifying purchase of $20 or more in their first 30 days as a member. Qualifying purchases exclude Amazon.com, MyPoints Games and MyGiftCardsPlus as well as any other exclusions listed in store terms and conditions on MyPoints.com.
• Please allow 30 days for your Points to post to your account statement for the Bonus Opportunity.
• Earn 10% of the purchase Points your referral earns. Please note: your 10% bonus posts at the beginning of the month after your referral's purchase Points complete pending.
