Your toolbar is having a technical issue.

Below are some tips to get it up and running again.


We appreciate you using Point Finder. We apologize for the inconvenience. These tips should have you up and running with Point Finder in no time.

  • First:
  • Try closing all browser windows and then reopening your browser. Once your browser is open, if your toolbar still has an error message, go to MyPoints.com and login My Account. Once you've logged into your account, the toolbar ticker should display your name and account balance.

  • If you are still seeing an error message, try uninstalling and reinstalling Point Finder. You can uninstall by clicking on the "MyPoints" button on the left-hand side of the toolbar and then selecting "Uninstall Toolbar" from the drop-down menu. Once the toolbar is uninstalled, please close your browser.

    You can reinstall Point Finder by opening your web browser, going to MyPoints.com, clicking on the Easy Points tab at the top of the page, and selecting Download Point Finder. Follow the instructions from there.

    Once the toolbar has been reinstalled, please go to MyPoints.com and login My Account. Once you've logged into your account, the toolbar ticker should display your name and account balance.
