If I am late paying my bill, will I still receive my Points?

No, your account must be in good standing (current) at the time of purchase to receive your reward Points. If a payment is past due, your purchases will not qualify for Points until the next Statement Closing Date after your minimum due payment is received by Comenity Capital Bank.

How soon are my Points added after I make a purchase with my MyPoints Visa?

Within 60 days pending the account status. Your account must be current at the time of purchase to receive reward points.

What establishments qualify as 'Gas Stations' and 'Grocery Stores'?

We base the 2 Points-per-dollar reward on Merchant Categories. Merchants select which category their business falls into based on their primary product. You will receive 2 Points per dollar at any merchant that has categorized their business with one of the following Merchant Category Codes: 5411 (Grocery Stores), 5541 (Service Stations), 5542 (Fuel Dispenser, Automated), 5300 (Wholesale Clubs), 5499 (Convenience Stores).

We are unable to award points for groceries purchased at merchants that registered their businesses as Pharmacies, Discount Stores or other categories.
