MyPoints SurveyMail offers are part of our rewards program. We give you Points whenever you click and complete a SurveyMail. When you take a survey, you are helping marketers improve products and services by sharing your opinions. You can earn Points for taking surveys, participating in online panels, and even testing new products at home.

Why should I update my profile?

Maintaining a current profile enables us to better understand your preferences and improves our ability to send you SurveyMails that are right for you. Just log into your account and update your profile status. You will earn 60 Points when you complete your profile.

How many Points will I receive for completing a SurveyMail?

The amount of Points that can be earned for completing a survey is determined by the length of the survey. When you take a 10-20 minute survey, you can earn up to 50 Points for completing and 10 Points even if you don't qualify.

What do I do if a chat pop-up interrupts me during a survey?

From time to time, we have special surveys that use a chat moderator to get immediate feedback from our members. It is a great way for us to ask you specific questions that help marketers understand consumer needs, preferences and wants. We will always ask you first if you wish to chat with a chat moderator during the survey. We appreciate your participation and it is safe to respond yes and answer the chat moderator's questions.
