Do I have to pay for the shipping and handling of my reward when I redeem my Points?
Not unless specifically noted on the partner catalog page. This is the page you land on when you select the partner you would like to redeem your Points with. It lists the assorted rewards, their respective Point costs, and terms of the redemption offer. In most cases, you will simply redeem your Points on the reward of your choice and leave the delivery to us!
What can I get with the Points that I earn?
You can redeem your Points for gift cards or online certificates from online stores, restaurants, airlines, hotels and more. We've got a huge range of partners in our redemption program, including department stores and boutiques you shop in already.
How do I redeem Points?
Go to the "Redeem" section of MyPoints.com, browse through our merchants until you find one that you like and select the reward amount you want. A Redemption Order form will pop up so you can verify your shipping instructions. Then click "Redeem." Your Points for this order are immediately deducted from your Point Balance. Once your items have shipped, your redemption status will be listed as "fulfilled" in your Statement.
