Not unless specifically noted on the partner catalog page. This is the page you land on when you select the partner you would like to redeem your Points with. It lists the assorted rewards, their respective Point costs, and terms of the redemption offer. In most cases, you will simply redeem your Points on the reward of your choice and leave the delivery to us!
You can redeem your Points for gift cards or online certificates from online stores, restaurants, airlines, hotels and more. We've got a huge range of partners in our redemption program, including department stores and boutiques you shop in already.
Go to the "Rewards" section of MyPoints.com, browse through our merchants until you find one that you like and select the reward amount you want. A Redemption Order form will pop up so you can verify your shipping instructions. Then click "Redeem." Your Points for this order are immediately deducted from your Point Balance. Once your items have shipped, your redemption status will be listed as "fulfilled" in your Statement.
Not all gift cards are valid in Canada. Please note the gift cards that are valid in Canada are subject to the current currency exchange rate. If you are unsure about a specific gift card please contact Member Services.
