What are BonusMails?

MyPoints BonusMail offers are part of our rewards program. We give you Points whenever you read a BonusMail, and even more Points when you shop or complete a transaction from a BonusMail. It's our way of thanking you for reading our emails and exploring new and different offers from our wide range of partners.

What do I do if I'm not receiving any BonusMails or if BonusMails are being delivered to my "bulk" or "spam" folders?

For some members, BonusMail gets caught by overzealous spam filters. The easiest way to make sure you get your BonusMail delivered to your inbox is to add BonusMailReply@MyPoints.com to your email address book or contact list. If you have done this and are still not receiving BonusMails, please contact MyPoints Member Services.

How do I receive more BonusMails?

If you experience a lull in mailings, it probably means there are no current offers that match your preferences. The amount of BonusMails you receive has to do with the profile information you provided when you joined. If you haven't provided MyPoints with your profile information, please do. We aim to send you offers that match your interests. You can also edit your profile information at any time. Just go to "My Account" and edit your profile. If you would like to control the types of email you receive from MyPoints, go to "My Account," select "Edit Email Subscriptions" and chose the categories that interest you.
