All rates can go as high as 31.99% (variable) if you pay late, exceed your credit line, make a payment that is returned unpaid. Variable rates are current as of April 2008. Minimum Finance Charge: $1. Balance Transfer Fee: $0 for balances transferred within 90 days of account opening; after that, 3% (min $5, max $75). Cash Advance Fee: 3% (min $10). We may change the terms of your account at any time in accordance with applicable law and the Account Agreement.
MyPoints Credit Card Program: The MyPoints loyalty program, sponsored by MyPoints.com, allows you to earn Points as described in the Program Terms of Service at http://www.mypoints.com/emp/u/terms.vm. Points may be redeemed as MyPoints may specify. MyPoints Visa account holders who establish and maintain a MyPoints Account may earn 1 additional Point for each $1 of net new purchases (new made with their credit card). Your account must be current and not overlimit to receive Points earned using the credit card. This program cannot be combined with any existing Washington Mutual credit card account or with any other Washington Mutual rewards program. The terms of the MyPoints program and the Credit Card Program are subject to change. We will mail the complete Credit Card Program rules to you with your Account Agreement. When you make a purchase to earn Points, keep in mind the terms and conditions above.
Double Point Promotion expires 12/31/08. Double Points will be awarded on the first of the month following the month in which Points are no longer Pending. For example, if a purchase is made on June 29 and the Points are Pending until July 5, the Double Points will be awarded on August 1st. Limited to offers up to 6 Points per dollar and not in combination with other Double Point offers.
